Emma Menalis

Paralegal

Emma Menalis is a certified student attorney in her third year of law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she received a full-tuition scholarship. Emma joined the firm as a paralegal in 2022 and she has continued to contribute to the firm’s work throughout her law school journey. Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a pre-law focus from Hamline University in 2022, graduating summa cum laude. During her undergraduate studies, she was also a founding member of Hamline University’s First-Generation Scholars Organization.

Emma brings strong legal research, analytical, and technological skills to every case. She works directly with our clients to support them through the legal process. Emma assists with every step from our client intake process and discovery to trial preparation and litigation support.

Emma is passionate about advocating for pregnant women, infants, children, and families who have experienced physical and emotional hardship as a result of medical malpractice. She is committed to helping clients navigate challenging circumstances with compassion, diligence, and a dedication to pursuing justice on their behalf.
